Ordering fresh flowers

Please note that for delivery, there must be a minimum order value of £20 and this service is available only on a Wednesday or Friday.

Booking courses, workshops and events

Please book and pay for all courses, workshops and events online or email to request an invoice
If you are booking a course, workshop or event for someone else, please tell us the name of the person attending

Dietary requirements
​
When you book a course, workshop or event please use the message box to tell us if you have any specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, specific food allergies).

Children
​
Please note that our courses, workshops and the majority of our events are aimed at adults. Babies and children are not permitted to accompany course, workshop or event attendees.

Accessibility
​
Please note that Wildly Beautiful Flowers is a working agricultural site. Our driveway, parking area and pathways are rough-surfaced and uneven. Our field and cutting garden pathways are surfaced with woodchip. Access to our site is at your own risk.

Payments and cancellations

Full payment must be made at the time of booking the course online.
Your place cannot be guaranteed until the online booking and full payment have been received.

Cancellations by you
​
If you are unable to attend a course, workshop or event you have paid for a friend or relative is welcome to attend in your place. Please contact us to let us know their name and any dietary requirements or support needs they may have.

If you wish to cancel your place on a course, workshop or event and you do not have someone attending in your place:

If you cancel 12 weeks or more before the course, workshop or event start date you will be entitled to a full refund.

If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the course, workshop or event start date you will be entitled to a 75% refund.

If you cancel up to 2 weeks before the course, workshop or event start date you will be entitled to a 50% refund.

If you cancel within 2 weeks of the course, workshop or event start date you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you cancel up to 2 weeks before the course, workshop or event start date we may, at our discretion, transfer you to an alternative course, workshop or event of up to the same value.

Please note that refunds can take up to three weeks to process.

Cancellations by us

Please note that courses, workshops and events have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received. We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses, workshops or events.

If we cancel a course, workshop or event you will have the option of transferring to another course, workshop or event of up to the same value or of having a full refund of the fees. We will make any refunds within three weeks.
​
We will not be liable for any losses (including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs) arising because of any modification or cancellation of courses, workshops and events, beyond the cost of the course fee.

Non-attendance
​
If you are unable to attend a course, workshop or event due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, our cancellation policy will apply and you will not be entitled to a refund or a transfer to another course, workshop or event. We may, however, consider a transfer at our own discretion.
Please note that if alternative options are offered, there may be an additional charge.
