Growing up in the countryside the seasons were always a significant part of my life, the rhythm of the year becoming an integral part of who I am.
The use of traditional and unusual British flowers and foliage allow my creative talents and instinctive sense of colour to give natural, relaxed and flowing arrangements. Growing the majority of the flowers I use allows me to select those that inspire me for unique and beautiful creations. I can also source from fellow flower growers for larger events. This means your flowers will be locally grown with care and you know they will always be freshly picked.

To give you an idea of who I am here is a quick summary of my path to working with flowers. You may not feel the need to know how I arrived here and you can just hop on over to my Wedding, Workshops or Funeral page! If you like to know the person behind these pages here is a quick overview!
Office life was not for me and looking for a more creative career, I trained as an interior designer and started my own company, this took me all over the country working for exciting clients, primarily in the domestic sector.
Colours, textures and design always played a huge part in my daily life and still do. I adored seeing new fabric and furniture designs being launched each year. Finding a new career working with flowers has been incredible, inspired by an amazingly talented Mum, who created fabulous floral installations and had a passion for growing the unusual. I gained valuable experience working alongside her in my spare time at weddings and events, and this, together with my attention to detail gathered from my interior design days, gives me the confidence and ability to create gorgeous floral designs.

Alongside wedding and event work I am developing new workshops each year to share the artistry of floral design with others. To see the joy on faces, as workshop attendees discover they can create something they thought they would never do, is a great reward. We all learn from one another and can share the love of graceful, field grown flowers and foliage.
